Properties worth millions of money was yesterday torched by angry residents after wards circulated that Mr. Edson Muhungulu could have allegedly participated in the murder of late Ndungu Theresa, a resident of Muhindi Village in Nyakiyumbu sub-county, Kasese District.
No official comment yet from police but the former parish councilor for Muhindi parish to Munkunyu sub-county Hon.John Kimbwembwe, confirmed the information saying the suspect’s house and banana plantation were reportedly destroyed by the irate residents.

Kimbwembwe reported by press time the authority was still searching for Muhungulu and his yet to be identified group currently on run over allegations of murder.
