The Hima town council clerk, Ms Ever Ngene Biira has called for proper use of the yet to be4 supplied mosquito nets if cases of malaria were to be minimized among the locals in the town council.
Ms Ever who said that the exercise to have the nets supplied to the registered local residents would commence on Sunday wonders why the beneficiaries would use the nets for fishing and making poultry faces than covering their beds against mosquitoes that are rampant in Hima over logging waters and bushes especially during the rainy season.

Ms Ever who reported that their Personnel officer, Mr. Emmanuel Kaghuma had been transferred to Kyalhumba town council appreciate the Kasese district Administration for backing her office with more hard working staff during the recent transfers that saw the arrival in Hima town council of the new Assistant Senior town Clerk, Mr. Bosco Baluku from Kisinga-Kagando to replace Mr. Mughuma who now serves in the same position in Katwe-Kabatooro town council.
