Private school Head teachers, teachers and proprietors in Kasese district must collaborate if their services are to be relevant to the community, their chairperson, Mr. Allan Muhindo has said.
Addressing the media shortly after their meeting at SK Resort Gardens in Kasese Municipality, Mr. Allan was concerned that some private secondary school staff were operating under the pressure of competition than working as a family to share challenges and strength for purposes of giving a good service for the satisfaction of the, learners, community and their appointing authorities. The association Coordinator who doubles as the Rector for St. John’s Minor Seminary, Fr. Francis Kojo Kule said the rights of children against discrimination among learners was one of the issues they resolved to promote in their respective private schools in Kasese.
