Ms Eve Ithungu, the Principal for Bwera school of Nursing and Midwifery has called for change of mind among the young people, most of whom only believe in and invest much for civil service jobs.
During the official release of the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Examination Board results for the December 2024 at the school this week, Ms Eve who said not all learned Ugandans can be employed by government over the limited resource envelope, asked parents to invest in small projects that their children can manage than allowing them on street and sometimes employed far away from home by un reliable individuals and institutions. About the school’s performance, Ms Ithungu told our reporter that their 46 candidates pursuing both certificate and diploma, registered a 98% pass. END
