President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has threatened to dismiss police officers allegedly releasing on bond individuals suspected of stealing domestic animals and poultry procured under the Parish Development Model (PDM).
While addressing PDM beneficiaries at St. Peter’s Church of Uganda in Kasese Municipality this afternoon, President Museveni issued a stern warning to the police against colluding with suspected thieves sabotaging government programs.
