Local authorities in Rwabihungu village in Kahokya sub-county Kasese district, are calling for police investigations under which a 44 year old man has spent over four months sleeping inside a pit-latrine at night.
The area local council one chairperson, Mr. Stephen Sibilhondire confirmed and identified the suspect as, Mr.Isebahasa Mapererire who has reportedly caused tension in the village.
It’s alleged that Mapererire, s decision to sleep inside the pit-latrine of his father in-law arose from domestic violence with his wife over the sale of poultry, where he demands compensation after his wife divorced him.
