Police have started investigations into allegation about Mr. Halid Muhindo, a 38-year-old Boda-boda rider suspected of sexually abusing his ten-year-old biological daughter.
The Police spokesperson for Rwenzori East Region, SP Nelson Tumusiime confirmed the information, adding that the suspect, a resident of Kanyughunya in Kisinga sub county, was being investigated over incest allegations.
