Police in Bwesumbu sub-county Kasese district is holding a 50 year old man on allegation of pregnanting his biological daughter aged 16.
The Gombolola Internal Security officer -GISO for Bwesumbu Sub County,Mr. Wilfred Wakibanahi confirmed the information and identified the suspect as, Swaibu Mughuli, a resident of Kikonge village in Kaswa parish Bwesumbu sub county.
