Rwenzori East Regional Police is investigating circumstances under which a 25 year old man was discovered dead this morning in a rented room in Kamulikwizi cell, Kasese Municipality.
SP. Luke Mbusa, the Regional spokesperson confirmed and identified the deceased as Vincent Kadogo, who hails from Kibotha cell in Maliba sub-county Kasese district, whose lifeless body was lying at Kasese Municipal health centre three Mortuary by press time.
