Police in Kasese were briefly stranded with a one and half year old baby girl that was reportedly abandoned by her mother in Kisanga B market this morning.
Rwenzori East Police spokesperson ASP Nelson Tumushiime confirmed, saying the mother abandoned the baby at the fathers NGO office after failing to foot medical bills at Kasese Municipal Health center three in Kasese Municipality.
