Police in Rwenzori East Region in Kasese district has confirmed to have located two graves said to contain the remains of two people suspected to have been killed by the self-styled witch doctor, Mr. Jackson Muhindo Kasulenge in Kamughobe village in Kisinga subcounty in Kasese district.
SP Nelson Tumushime, the regional Police Spokesperson said the two graves are suspected to contain the remains of the suspect’s missing wife and brother, Ms Shamim Mary Biira and Mr. Joles Kabutusi respectively.
Mr. Julius Mukeri, the local council three chairperson for Kisinga subcounty said whereas the suspect is believed to have tipped police about the location of the two graves, the forces were to process a court order for exhumation soon. Mr. Mukeri speaking…….

Ms Agnes, a sister to both the late Kabutusi, the victim and Mr. Kasulenge, the suspect said she last saw the deceased going to the suspect’s home for his money intended to help him clear his wife’s medical bills at Kagando hospital.
According to Ms Agnes, the suspect had promised to buy a piece of land from the deceased to help him clear his wife’s medical bills.
