There was reported drama like scenario as the FDC delegation led by the party President, Eng. Patrick Oboi Amuriat battled with Police that blocked them from delivering relief aid to mudslides victims of Kasika village in Rukoki Sub County in Kasese district.
According police commanded by ASP Wilfred Bagenda, the Kasese Division Police boss, the Forum for Democratic Change delegation blocked at Kabughabugha trading center, was not cleared by the Kasese district disaster committee as it was required of them.
