Mr. Joseph Nzukwa, the chairperson Association of School Head teachers in Rwenzori region has advised parents to adopt a saving culture in order to manage school fees pressures as second term progresses.
He said savings will help parents to avoid last minute challenges for fees, and keep their children in school without being sent home for fees.
He said fees is a foreseen expense that can be planned for if parents become more planful and save since the cost of education under the present circumstances is expected to keep increasing.
Speaking to Kasese Guide this morning at KGR gardens, Mr. Nzukwa advised parents and guardians to engage children in active production during this holiday that would help them to adopt to the new curriculum that is practically based. Mr. Nzukwa speaking…..
