Ms. Dorika Biira, a resident of Kihalimu-Kyaminyoku cell in Kasese Municipality has received a stern warning from the chairperson local council two for Nyakabingo two ward, Mr. Isaac Kalyabyuma for reportedly turning her proposed pit-latrine into a temporary Kitchen.
During an impromptu operation held this morning, it was discovered that Ms. Dorika had turned the room into kitchen for the last few weeks, when it started drizzling.
