Mr. Pimako Kasereka, the Local Council III Chairperson for Nyamwamba Division in Kasese Municipality, has called on the local community to develop a sense of ownership regarding government programs.

Speaking to our reporter yesterday at the Division Headquarters, Mr. Pimako dismissed criticisms over the 37 million shillings spent on constructing Kizungu Market roof shade, describing them as stemming from a lack of ownership.
