Mr. Saulo Maate, the Coordinator for People’s Front for Freedom in Kasese District, has called for direct interventions by Justice Simon Byabakama, the Electoral Commission chairman, into what he calls selective law enforcement by security during the ongoing political campaigns.
He is also concerned about what he calls brutality allegedly against the opposition political leaders and supporters at many political campaign rallies.
Addressing a press conference at his offices in Kasese this afternoon, Mr. Saulo asked the Electoral Commission to be in charge and accountable to Ugandans who think the situation during electoral days, may go out of hands. Mr. Saulo speaking……..
