Matters of personal hygiene among young girls should be prioritized as a measure to deal partly with transactional sex that steadily compromising moral behavior especially to school going female teens.
Ms Magret Biira, the director DODI community foundation, a Community Bases Organization partly dealing in massive sensitization of hygiene among young girls, told Kasese guide radio at White House that time was ripe for parents and guardians to invest into that turn teen girls worthless.
She reminded the community about the impatience of children who end up making shocking decisions should their interests be left in the area.
