Mr. Nyesio Byamuthima, the Kahokya subcounty local council three chairperson in Kasese district has called on PDM strategy beneficiaries to put the money to good use or else it will turn into a nightmare against them in future.
He also asked the intending PDM fund beneficiaries with no business plans to leave the money before they get into refund challenges.
Speaking to the beneficiaries in at Murambi parish headquarters this morning, Mr. Byamutima was quick to ask the beneficiaries to refocus their expenditures and have a positive mindset change about what they intend to invest in if they were make profits to improve their household incomes.
