The Kasese Municipal Secretary for Works and Technical services has called for a revision in payment plans by private schools some of which blindly send away learners for school dues.
The Kasese Municipal make councilor representing Railway Ward was concerned that Boda-bodas drop young learners for classes but rather asked to go home whereas parents have left for work.
Hon. Siriwayo who was addressing the press at Mayor’s gardens yesterday sounded scared that with the current acts of ritualism, homosexuality and heavy rains this season, some learners’ lives would be at risk.
He also asked parents and guardians to spend consciously during this year’s Easter celebration so as to save for the school demands of their children. Hon. Siriwayo speaking…….
Mr. Siriwayo also asked learners to be considerate to their parents and focused if they were to excel in education. END
