Disputed paternity cases in Kasese district are high compared to the rest of Uganda, with a call for community members to put value to parenting, Counsel Fred Katugume from Justice Centers Uganda has said.
Closing a one day stakeholders meeting organized by Add Uganda held at Margarita Hotel in Kasese town last evening, Counsel Katugume who calls for responsible parenting, attributes the situation to decline in morals among society members.

He was scared that if the community, families, culture and faith based institutions do not intervene fully, the one case received per day at their offices, would more than doubles.
