Mr. Juvenile Muke, the Kyondo sub-county local council three chairperson in Kasese district has described as total ignorance for parents who wait to be pushed by police to send their children to school.
Mr. Juvenile’s comments to this radio yesterday follows reports of low turn up of learners in most schools even after teachers called off their industrial action and resumed duty.
