A Board member Give a goat Africa in Rwesororo village in Kisinga sub-county Kasese district, Mr. Augastine Muserero has advised parents and guardians to mobilize their children attain proper Literacy and skilling.
He said this would be addressed if the children were helped by parents to learn and engage in vocational skills a head of school reopening next year.
