Hon. Loice Bwambale Biira, the Pioneer Head Mistress of Bwera secondary school in Kasese district has described empowering a woman as saving the nation thus, asking parents to massively educate their children, mainly the girl child.
Addressing parents and education stakeholders during the function to reward the 2023 UCE best performers in Bulembia Division as a function held at Mt. Rwenzori Girls’ secondary school this afternoon, the former Kasese district woman Legislator said education was the only reliable life package that parents should invest in for their families and community to base on in future.
