The ordinary of Kasese, Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira Kambale has asked the office of Pontific Mission Society in the Diocese to encourage children to join church movements.
Bishop Kibira singled out two church movements including, the Missionary Childhood and Junior Mary which he said the Pontifical Mission Society can use in teaching children the values and norms of the church as well as social living.
In his Homily while presiding over Holy Mass at Nsenyi Catholic Parish in celebration of the new year and the solemnity of Mary, Mother of God, as well as commemorating the world Peace day graced by the Rwenzururu King, Omusinga Charles Wisley Mumbere Iremangoma, Bishop Kibira asked parents and guardian to guide and groom God fearing children at family level in collaboration with the Pontifical Mission society.
