Parents should create time to groom their children into people they would want them to be, the chairperson LC3 for Nyamwamba Division in Kasese Municipality, Mr. Pimako Kasereka has said.
Addressing a Parents and Teachers Association –PTA meeting on Sunday at Sebwe Primary school in Scheme Ward, Pimako said many parents do not have time for their children, they leave them to housemaids and Houseboys, who later become their role models.
Pimako advised parents and guardians to counsel their children and encourage them to read hard if they are to become responsible citizens.
