Hardly two weeks to the official closure of the second academic term for schools in Uganda, Hon. Ronald Ndyakurungi, the Kasese district Male councilor representing Kyalhumba town council has asked parents and guardians to make work plans for their children during their holidays.
Hon. Ndyakurungi who was particularly concerned about poor dressing code among young girls, warned parents against uncoordinated movements by learners, some of whom end up spending their holidays for nonproductive work.
