Rev. Fr. Augustine Byaruhanga, the Diocesan Coordinator for Pontifical Mission Society for Kasese has argued parents, guardians and community members against acting like the Biblical Herald who out of grid, ordered for the killing of all innocent baby boys in Bethlehem and her vicinity.
In his Homily while presiding over Holy Mass during the Diocesan Holy Innocents Day celebrations at Kanyamigisha Roman Catholic Church in Hima parish, Fr. Byaruhanga said he was concerned about what he calls un parenteral acts and statements made by some parents who instead of blessing and providing to the demands of their children, they act in a manner that misguide the consciousness of the young people.
He wondered why parents were not able to interest their children to matters of faith, a move he said leaves many young people into making un guided inhuman decisions. Rev. Fr. Byaruhanga speaking……
In a separate interview, Ms. Janet Nyakairu Abwoli, the Vice chairperson Head of light for Hima parish urged community members to prioritize education, respect and moral uprightness among children if they were to ably serve the Church, their communities and families.
