As schools gear-up towards reopening on February 3rd parents and guardians in Kasese have been cautioned against exploiting the district academic performance by exporting their children to schools outside the district.
Every year Kasese has an exodus of sending brighter children to schools in the neighboring districts as perceived by parents for better performance, a trend that needs mindset change, the chairperson local council three for Kitswamba sub-county, Mr. Yofesi Katenene has said.
