Hon. Betty Karoko, the District Woman councilor representing Kinyamaseke town council and Nyakatonzi sub-county has appealed to Ugandans to own Government programs, if they are to fight poverty.
Speaking to members of Kacungiro Omusondolya Thuminyane Group in Munkunyu sub-county, Kasese district where she officiated as Chief Guest at a Mini-donor’s conference held at Cardinal Nsubuga Memorial Secondary School yesterday, Hon.Betty said what is killing Government programs is lack of ownership by the beneficiaries.
