According to Okello, Lira City was given a target of only 9,565 beneficiaries.

Gloria Akello and her friend Rebecca Apio are bar attendants who are among the residents who missed registration.

Moses Junior Ongwen, an event promoter in Lira City says he registered for the funds, but he is worried that he has not received the funds.

Sam Atul, the Lira City Mayor says that there is a need to extend support to vulnerable people living in rural areas.
