Over two hundred people in Bukonzo County West in Kasese district have defected from the opposition parties mainly FDC to the ruling National Resistance Movement over what many converts call improved and touchable service delivery plans.
Addressing the defecators at former Bwera Primary teachers’ college premises in Mpondwe-Lhubiriha town council in Kasese, the district NRM chairperson, Dr. Crispus Charles Kiyonga appreciated the political coverts for what he called their focused decision, adding that the community ought to commend government for doubled efforts in service delivery in the sectors of health, security, education, the youth, elderly and women empowerment among others.
