Opposition candidates in Kasese District have pledged to challenge the current political status quo, which they claim has gradually been dominated by the National Resistance Movement (NRM).
Hon. Jackson Mbaju Kathika, who served one term in parliament before losing his seat to the NRM in Busongora County South, blames government for failing to resolve land conflicts in the district, adding that his successor, Hon.
