Rwenzururu King, His Majesty Charles Wesley Mumbere Iremangoma is to preside over the closure of this year’s Rwenzori Theluji Festival in Kasese, Kasese Guide Radio can reliably report.
Mr. Charles Mugisa Police, the Kasese Tourism Investors’ Forum Vice chairperson, confirmed the information, adding that after the Rwenzori Marathon that is scheduled for 24th August 2024, the region will be driven into the Rwenzori Theluji Festival that kicks off on 5th to 8th September 2024.
Mr. Mugisa Police said the Rwenzururu King through his protocol, had confirmed officiating at the closure of the invent that will among activities, involve tree planting, cultural presentations and investment summit. Mr. Mugisa speaking1……..
He was later specific that the festivals among other activities, will have presentations on culture, including the importance of proper coffee harvesting and processing, the value for quality milk, as well as traditional music dance and drama, to spice the four day long invent.
