Addressing his subjects at Kitswamba parish playground in Kasese district yesterday, Omusinga observed that whereas the road is maintained by the center, the district executive leadership has the powers to mobilize Ministry of Works and transport and other local administrative units in Kasese district to seal the isolated pot halls on the road that gave him headache to the venue.
