President Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Kaguta Museveni has invited His Majesty Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema-Ngoma of Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu to his swearing-in ceremony to take place today at Kololo Ceremonial Groundsin Kampala Capital City.
The Minister of Information, Public Relations and Kingdom Spokesperson Hon John B Thawithe confirmed the information and says the invitation card, serial number 0440 reads in part āThe President of the Republic of Uganda, His Excellency general Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Kaguta Museveni requests the pleasure of the company of Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema-Ngoma to the inaugural ceremonies of the President-elect at Kololo.
According to the programme, the Omusinga is among the other cultural leaders to attend the function.
President Museveni, will be sworn in for his sixth five-year term of office since he took over power thirty-four years ago after a five-year protracted liberation bush war. The Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu Cabinet thanks His Excellency President Museveni, for this gesture of good will.
