President Yoweri Museveni has described as the last chapter the recent attacks by the ADF remnants he said will pay by their own blood.
The Head of State went on to ask the Kasese people and western region at large to intensify their collaborations with the Uganda security which he said had changed tactics to deal with the terrorists who are aiming at frustrating the living conditions of Ugandans.
In his speech read for him by H.E retired Maj.
