Hon. Sele Masereka, the Minister for Lands, Agricultural Production and Environment in Obusinga Bwa-Rwenzururu has asked the Ministry of Health to integrate reproductive Health rights in disaster management.
Masereka who noted that good health and well-being are essential for the sustainable development of any society, said Obusinga-Bwa-Rwenzururu is partnering with Reproductive Health Uganda, a non-Governmental organization in advocating for women and children health rights in the disaster prone Rwenzori sub-region.
Addressing Obusinga Bwa-Rwenzururu women groups at Royal tank hill in Kasese Municipality yesterday, Hon.Sele said there is need to support women and girls in disaster prone areas with sanitary pads and antenatal care services among others. Hon Sele one speaking….

Mr. Samson Muhindo Nzoboli, the cultural Village care taker had earlier reported to minister Sele about roaming animals that had turned the area disastrous after destroying acres of crop gardens.
