The Minister of lands, Environment and Agricultural Production in Obusinga Bwa-Rwenzururu, Hon. Selevest Masereka Caritas has asked Christians at all levels to aid the church on matters of infrastructure and spiritual development.
In an interview after a donors conference organized for the completion of St. Francis-Nyakayina Catholic Church in Nsenyi Parish in the Diocese of Kasese yesterday, Mr. Selevest who donated the land to house the Church Spiritual growth was a key element of development.
