By Peter Masereka,
Ms Marylyn Kighotha, a contender of the Kasese district woman Member of Parliamentary seat has asked parents and guardians to bring up their children within the Church, an approach she said will shape the future of their families.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio shortly after Holy Mass where the Ordinary of the Diocese of Kasese, Rt. Rev. Francis Aquirinus Kibira Kambale confirmed about one hundred Christians into the Catholic Church, three catechists raised to the order of Eucharistic Ministers, opening and Blessing the Eucharistic Centre at St. Peters Kijura sub parish in Ibanda catholic parish yesterday, Ms Marylyn partly blames the deteriorating morals among the young people to individualism in bringing up children, gaps or no informal education, and failure by some parents to promote Church norms among their children.
