The National sit down strike for Nurses and Mid-wives has entered the third day Kasese guide radio has learnt.
In an exclusive interview with Mr. Bogere Keleti Kalemba, a health practioner at Bwera Hospital in Kasese district, they have laid down their tools demanding lunch allowances that president Museveni recently pledged an increase from three thousand to Fifteen thousand shillings.
Mr. who said the nurses and Midwives were fighting for their rights said the national wide strike is to remind government to fulfill their pledge.
