The Rwenzori sub-regional National Unity Platform coordinator, Mr. Brian Basisa has described the Rwenzururu Kingdom as a unifying institution whose King’s home coming, anniversary and property purchase plans ought to be supported by all.
The Rwenzururu Kingdom is currently mobilizing the masses, the kingdom subjects, government and her development partners towards the three function they have cost up to about nine billion shillings, beginning with the King’s home welcome on 4th October this year.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio in Kasese this afternoon, Mr. Basisa who said his party was yet to confirm which function their Principal, Mr. Robert Kyagulanyi would attend, called on party members and all Banya-Rwenzururu to indiscriminately contribute to the Kingdom he called mother to all. Earlier, Mr. Pimako Kasereka, the local council three chairperson for Nyamwamba Division asked his electorates to massively contribute before announcing 300, 000 shillings as the official contribution by his division. END
