The numbers of Refugees entering Uganda from DR Congo is increasing, the RDC for Bundibugyo district Mr. Amos Asimwe Bangyi has confirmed.
While speaking to Kasese guide radio on Phone, Mr. Asimwe said Buses have started carrying incoming refugees from Busunga DRC-Uganda Boarder to Bubukwanga camp.
He also said that refugees are only welcomed in the camp saying they won’t allow any refugee to stay in homesteads of their relatives.

The Influx of Refugees in Bundibugyo comes a day after suspected ADF Rebels attacked trading centers on the side of DRC and killed unknown number of locals in the area.
Asiimwe calls for vigilance among the local population in Bundibugyo and those neighboring the boarders. END
