Nsenyi Parish community members in the Diocese of Kasese have donated food and non-food relief items to the orphanage center at Bridge for Peace International school based in Kasese municipality with a call on the locals and civil society organizations to join efforts to support those in need.
Rev. Fr. Godfrey Sunday Baluku, the parish priest for Nsenyi who led the delegation, asked the young people at the orphanage to be hardworking, prayerful, disciplined and respectful to win the mercies of God.
The Kasese Diocesan Pastoral Coordinator who later called for a sense of humanity and love for children by the members of the community, called for more Good Samaritans to back the living conditions of the needy people at the center. Rev. Fr. Godfrey speaking……
Mr. Edson Tumusiime, an institution warden, appreciated the delegation for the donation, adding that visits by various personalities, encourage, give confidence and hope to the orphans, and staff taking care of more than fifty needy children. Mr. Tumusiime speaking……

He also called for support from people of good will as means to guarantee the welfare of the children at the orphanage. END
