Hon. Gideon Thembo Mujungu is the winner of the Busongora South constituency Parliamentary by-elections elections.
Declaring the official results at tally room at the Kasese Multipurpose hall last evening, the Kasese district Returning officer, Ismeali Takih Atwijukire said Hon. Mujungu garnered 12,088 votes against his closest rival, Hon. Jacksom Mbaju Kathika for NUP who got 6,866 votes.
Others are Mr. Aloysius Kighema Baguma who scored 5, 564, followed by Mr. David MulindwaSimbwa with 2,093, DP`s Bernadette Businge with 84, and 32 for Ms Doreen Izagire. Mr. Atwijukire speaking……
