The National Resistance Movement delegates in Kasese district have today endorsed President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the National party chairperson and Flag bearer in the 2021 general elections.
Speaking to Kasese guide radio shortly after elections of the central executive committee in Kasese district held at Rwenzori international hotel, the district NRM Chairperson, Dr. Crispus Kiyonga said out of 138 delegates, all the 136 who turned up voted in favor of president Museveni.
Dr. Kiyonga said Al- Hajji Moses Kigongo got 136 for the NRM first National chairperson, Rabecca Kadaga 85 votes for second female vice chairperson, Boaz Kafuda 110 votes as NRM vice chairperson western region among others. Dr. Kiyonga speaking1…….

While declaring the results, the district registrar Mr. Amon Thembo described today`s secret ballot elections as free and fair.
