Hon. Enos Thembo, the Speaker for Kahokya sub-county in Kasese district has called for legislative interventions that would see his subcounty receive the road fund.
Addressing the local residents at the handover ceremony of more hoes to help the community maintain their road this week, Hon. Enos listed the poor road network, unevenly established schools and scarcity of clean and safe water, as some of the challenges their area Member of Parliament and the district leadership, should look into.
