The newly elected Kasese district Speaker, Hon. Johnson Mayora has assumed office with a call on him to bridge between the technical and political wings if the district leadership was to deliver.
Mr. Samuel Kimuli Senku, the Kasese district Deputy Chief administrative officer who presided over the function, called for indiscriminative approaches that would see Hon. Mayora bring together all district political and technical wings for purposes of delivering services to the local community.
Mr. Senku later asked the councilors and the technical side to look into better approaches of presenting their concerns so as to give the district Speaker ample time for lawful interventions. Mr. Samuel speaking….
