Mr. Jafali Kigutiha, the Basecamp lower local council one chairperson in Kasese Municipality has described as total negligence by parents who leave their children to walk alone to school.
He wondered how what other business a parent or guardian has to prioritize than guaranteeing the safety of his child.
Speaking to our reporter at his office yesterday, Mr. Kigutiha also asked parents and guardians to be in the company of their children returning to boarding schools and breaking for holidays for their safety.
The former FDC chair for Kasese Central Division who said they had had property loss of eight learners in the hands of reckless taxi operators, also asked parents and guardians to bank school dues for their children in person for their good. Mr. Kigutiha speaking1……….
