Mr. Selevest Masereka Mapoze, the Coordinator Bridge for Peace International in Kasese Municipality, has urged parents and guardians to nurture their children in line with the church Ministry if they are to become responsible citizens.
Addressing parents and teacher’s association PTA meeting coupled with Graduation of Nursery pupils to Primary one held at the school premises yesterday, Mapoze emphasized that teachers have incorporated the example of Jesus Christ teachings in their lessons to prepare children grow up in religious faith. Mapoze, who described faith as key component in childhood advised parents to love, commit and take care of their children.
Mapoze who termed Bridge for peace International as model school in Kasese Municipality, advised parents to support the development projects of the school by paying dues in time and socializing with the school administration among others.
He wondered why instead of promoting Education back at home, some parents and guardians were exporting brilliant pupils to nearby districts.
Rev.Fr.Joseph Mbusa, the Education Secretary Diocese of Kasese, appealed to parents and guardians to have time for their children, create school environment and help them to realize their vision in future.

Ms. Edrine Odede, the school Headmistress revealed that they had secured and committed over seventy friends from sister schools in Japan and other European countries to bridge for peace international learners.
