Hon. Ham Natuhwera, the former Kasese district Vice chairperson has described his reshuffle as normal saying it will not deter him from serving his electorates of Nyakatonzi Sub-County, as district councilor.
Addressing council sitting at Kasese Youth Polytechnic on Thursday, Kasese District Chairperson, Mr. Erifaz Muhindi announced changes in the District Executive Committee, replacing Hon. Ham with Hon. Girivazio Monday Bwambale as Vice Chairperson among others.
Speaking to Kasese Guide Radio this afternoon in Kasese town, Hon.Ham commended Mr. Muhindi for previously appointing him as Vice Chairperson, a delegated assignment he alleged having served better, added on his Curriculum Vitae and exposed him to the public and the government.
